Christmas Light Displays

Dec 17, 2020 | Mortgage

2020 has brought us the task of finding new ways of doing just about everything. Even though we may feel like we are constantly having to reinvent the wheel in this ever-changing year, it has also given us the opportunity to get back to basics and revisit traditions of the past in a whole new way.

With fewer events and holiday parties to attend, we have more time to fill with new Christmas traditions. However, there is one holiday tradition that dates back to the early 20th century that fits perfectly into our 2020 way of doing things.

That is, Drive Thru Light Displays!

Even though families have been enjoying drive-thru light displays for years, this year more and more people are piling family and close friends into the car to enjoy viewing beautifully bright lights.

Ready to load up and join in on the drive through holiday fun? We’ve got a list of great holiday light displays your family will love!

Christmas Tree Lane in Altadena, California

Number one our list is a light display that just may be the oldest large-scale light display in America. It all started with a quarter mile of lights in 1920 and is now decked out with over 10,000 light bulbs that takes 10 weeks to put up.  For more information visit their website.

Spanaway Park Fantasy Lights, Washington
