About Joshua Kirby
Born and raised in small town Missouri, I have always had an affinity towards community minded groups. I joined the military when I was 17 and have been in The Army Reserves and National Guard for the past 20 years. Through that time I deployed to Iraq, led teams, squads and companies as a Sergeant and Drill Sergeant. I also obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Central Methodist University and went on to complete my Masters of Business Administration with a focus in entrepreneurial leadership at William Woods University. I met my wife of 7 years at college and we have four beautiful children. We own a tshirt shop with my sister and her family as well as a small farm outside of town that we are turning into a pumpkin patch for the fall season. I am active with the local American Legion and also volunteer as a disc golf instructor for the Optimist Club. Right now Disc Golf is my main hobby so in my off time I try to get out to as many courses as I can.
