HOW IS EPM DIFFERENT?
EPM provides clients direct access to the most diverse array of home lending products available in the industry. Unlike many lenders, EPM seeks to build relationships and educate people of all financial and credit profiles, improve financial literacy, and make home ownership a reality for everyone.
A direct lender is the direct source of funds and lends money directly. A mortgage broker is a middleman between the direct lender and the client. Unlike a mortgage broker, there is no middleman with a direct lender; you are coming directly to the source for the mortgage.
EPM works directly with the consumer to originate, process, approve and fund a mortgage loan. Direct lenders can simplify the mortgage process and make it more efficient by controlling the entire process from start to finish. Coming directly to the source allows for lower costs, faster closings and better overall service and communication.
The portal provides direct access to the loan file, the ability to upload and e-sign documents securely and loan status updates along the way. You can access the portal as often as you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as you progress through the loan process.
Most clients opt to begin the process online by completing a simple application. The entire process can be completed virtually via phone calls, text messages and emails. For clients who prefer to speak on the phone or meet face to face, arrangements can be made to meet with one of our local Mortgage Loan Originators either virtually or in-person.
